What is your Cancellation/Reschedule Policy?

I understand that unexpected changes may arise. I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48-Hours notice. In the event you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service fee. This allows me to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to my schedule. 

What happens if I do not show up for my appointment?

If you 'No Show' to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

What happens if I am running late to my appointment?

Please call me if you are running late to your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate your entire service. In an effort to maintain a smooth appointment system for everyone, if you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee and your appointment will be cancelled. 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept various payment methods including Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, and Venmo. However, please note I do not accept checks as a form of payment.

Should I shave before my gentleman's facial?

Shaving for your facial is not required, but if you do shave regularly please do so 24-72 hours prior, due to skin sensitivity.

How long should my hair be for a waxing service?

For best results your hair should be at least 1/4 inch long.

Will a lot of sun exposure affect my facial or wax treatment?

If you know you are going to have a lot of sun exposure, it is advised to give your skin time to recover to avoid skin sensitivity. I recommend waiting 5-7 days before having any treatment.

If you know you are going to have a lot of sun exposure after your treatment, it is important to use recommended sun protection.

How should I take care of my skin after my Facial Infusion Treatment?

I recommend using only gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sun protection for 5-7 days after treatment. Avoid using any exfoliating treatments, or anti-aging serums/creams for one week to ensure optimal results.

I really loved the Osmosis products from my spa facial. Can I buy them from you?

Certainly! I offer the complete Osmosis MD product line for purchase. During your appointment, you can select from the available products in stock, or have the option to visit my online products page for purchase. Following your preference, you may either opt for in-store pickup or have the products shipped to your desired location.
